Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Original recipe from Allrecipes. I have made this recipe MULTIPLE times and it comes out so delicious and juicy each and every time

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch garlic powder +/- 1 tsp garlic ail

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients, marinade for at least 6 hours (best results: overnight).
  2. Lightly oil skillet on medium heat.
  3. Grill for 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
Serve!

Illustrated Step-by-Step Directions

1. Defrost your pork tenderloin. I like to buy a package of tenderloin in bulk and zipblock the tenderloin individually and freeze, then defrost as needed. Very helpful as I do cook for one :)

2. Setup the container that you will marinade in - I typically take a plastic container and put aluminum foil in the container.

3. Add your ingredients - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar.

4. Add 2 tbsp sesame seed oil and 1 tsp ground cinnamon

5. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder

6. Mix together:

7. Place your pork tenderloin into the container and brush/coat the tenderloin in the marniade.

8. Refrigerate for 6 hours and take out:

9. In a lightly oiled skillet, heat pork tenderloin over medium heat.

10. Pour in the marinade as well.

11. Flip every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.

Serve!
