Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic powder +/- 1 tsp garlic ail
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients, marinade for at least 6 hours (best results: overnight).
- Lightly oil skillet on medium heat.
- Grill for 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
Serve!

1. Defrost your pork tenderloin. I like to buy a package of tenderloin in bulk and zipblock the tenderloin individually and freeze, then defrost as needed. Very helpful as I do cook for one :)2. 5. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of garlic powder
7. Place your pork tenderloin into the container and brush/coat the tenderloin in the marniade.

9. In a lightly oiled skillet, heat pork tenderloin over medium heat.
10. Pour in the marinade as well.
11. Flip every 5 minutes for a total of 20 minutes.
